Rimin Zayam Bridge

Rimin Zayam, Kaduna State, Nigeria

The Rimin Zayam Bridge project involved full structural construction of a reinforced concrete river crossing. Works included deep excavation and dewatering of pier foundation pits, assembly and casting of reinforced concrete pad foundations, erection of pier rebar cages, and construction of cast-in-place longitudinal beams and abutment walls. The project was executed in challenging dry-season riverbed conditions requiring continuous water pumping and precise formwork to achieve structural integrity across the full bridge span.

Yauri Bridge Construction

Yauri, Kebbi State, Nigeria

The Yauri Bridge project involves the full structural construction of a multi-pier reinforced concrete river crossing in Yauri, Kebbi State — situated within the expansive flood plain of the Niger River corridor. Works encompass deep foundation pit excavation in sandy laterite soils, casting of reinforced concrete pad foundations, erection and casting of multiple pier caps using timber falsework, construction of reinforced concrete abutment wing walls and back walls with projecting rebar for deck connection, and installation of soffit formwork for cast-in-place deck slabs. Box culvert cells are also formed to manage seasonal drainage beneath the road approach. The project is being executed in a challenging rural floodplain environment, demanding precise formwork carpentry, continuous site supervision, and strict compliance with structural concrete specifications to deliver a durable crossing for the Yauri community.

Iseyin Bridge Bored Piling & Substructure

Iseyin, Oyo State, Nigeria

The Iseyin Bridge project entailed specialized geotechnical foundation engineering and deep bored piling works in Iseyin, Oyo State. To overcome saturated alluvial deposits and riverbed subsoils, heavy-duty temporary steel casings were aligned and vibrated into position. Deep rotary borehole boring was advanced to competent bedrock strata, followed by the precision hoisting and lowering of monolithic reinforced rebar cages. Continuous tremie concrete pouring was executed to establish high-integrity cast-in-place foundation piles designed to carry immense structural and dynamic traffic loads in full compliance with COREN and BS 8004 standards.

Girei Drainage & Structural Culvert Construction

Girei, Adamawa State, Nigeria

The Girei infrastructure development project in Adamawa State addressed critical seasonal flood management and transport connectivity through the construction of heavy-duty reinforced concrete multi-cell box culverts and hydraulic drainage structures. Works included deep trench earthworks, subgrade formation compaction, mass concrete blinding, assembly of high-yield steel reinforcement cages, erection of rigid timber and steel formwork, continuous monolithic concrete pouring for culvert barrels and wing walls, and engineered granular backfilling to safeguard the highway corridor from erosion.

Calabar – Oron Corridor Geotechnical Investigation

Calabar – Oron Corridor, Cross River & Akwa Ibom States, Nigeria

The Calabar – Oron Geotechnical Investigation was a critical route corridor and foundation soil exploration project traversing coastal, deltaic, and estuarine terrain between Cross River and Akwa Ibom States. Field operations deployed light percussion tripod boring rigs and rotary coring setups to execute deep borehole investigations through challenging waterlogged soils. Works encompassed continuous Standard Penetration Testing (SPT), undisturbed tube sampling (U4), groundwater table profiling, and comprehensive laboratory soil mechanics to determine bearing capacities, consolidation settlement characteristics, and slope stability for coastal road embankments and bridge crossings.
